About Us

Meri & Charles have been married for 30 years and are still romantically in love. They are the proud parents of three children and two grandchildren—cofounders of Mission Possible Institute, a nonprofit organization.  We want to help you navigate your union's uncertainties and ups and downs to see your Marriage succeed. I am a certified coach, entrepreneur, author, who knows the struggle of balancing a career and family.  In my coaching practice, I provide the tools, strategy, and support to help people create meaningful change in their lives.   I love my work because helping people be successful and fulfilled. I struggled with the same challenges my clients faced.  I am very familiar with the pressure of job deadlines, family obligations, and feelings of inadequacy. I get it.  Coaching transformed my life.   As a certified facilitator in Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS) assessments, I  work with engaged couples before they get married to help prepare them for lifelong love. I am certified as a Marriage on the Rock counselor to help teams succeed in a thriving and passionate marriage. I am a Certified Mental health Coach with Light University. I serve as an Elder at Destined To Win Christian Center.
